3 T olive Oil
1 c Flour
1 t Pepper
1 t Salt
12 oz Chicken Gravy ( I like Heinz HomeStyle brand)
12 oz Beef Gravy
- Mix Flour, salt, & pepper.
- Dredge each pork chop in flour mix, lightly coating each side.
- Brown both sides of each pork chop in hot olive oil then place in large (9 x13) baking dish
- Pour both jars of gravy over chops.
- Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until pork is well done.
