1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (14 ounce) can tomatoes (I like petite diced tomatoes)
1 T sugar
1/2 T dried basil
1/4 t dried oregano
1 T dried parsley
1 Bay leaf
- Saute the onion, garlic, & bell pepper until the onion is soft & translucent.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients & simmer 30 minutes.
- Remove bay leaf, puree to desired consistency, & serve over hot noodles!
