Fiesta Fun Seasoning Mix (bulk)

This recipe will make almost two cup of Fiesta Mix! In case you like to use it as a seasoning the way my sister does.

To make a whole container of this stuff, use the following recipe.
1/2 cup onion
1/3 cup salt
1/3 cup red pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup garlic
1/4 cup parsley
1/8 cup cumin
