1 c softened butter (2 sticks)
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 egg
1t almond extract
1t vanilla extract
1 t baking soda
2 1/2 c flour
- Mix flour & baking soda well & set aside.
- Cream butter & sugar well.
- Add egg, almond, & vanilla extract to creamed butter.
- Fold in flour mixture.
- Refrigerate dough for 2 hours then roll out to about 1/4 inch & cut cookies.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Decorate & enjoy!
