Garlic Roasted Shrimp

2 lbs. frozen shrimp
1/2 c butter, melted
1/2 t salt
4 cloves garlic, chopped or pressed
1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
3 T lemon juice (one lemon's worth)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place shrimp in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over shrimp.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
  5. Serve over cooked orzo & roasted broccoli.
