2 T butter
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bake squash, cut side down, 1 hour or until tender.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Shred interior with fork being careful not to shred skin.
- Add butter to squash strands & mix until butter melts.
- Add Parmesan cheese & stir to combine.
