1 c red grapes, quartered
1/4 c celery, thinly sliced
1 c fat-free mayo
1/3 c honey
- Boil chicken 20 minutes or until done.
- Mix other ingredients together while chicken cools.
- Shred chicken once cool & add to mayo mix.
- Chill to let flavors meld or serve immediately.
- Serve on lettuce cups with a side of celery sticks & ranch dressing.
