6 boneless pork chops
1 T lemon pepper seasoning
3 T cider vinegar
1/2 c orange marmalade
- Heat oil in a large pan
- Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with lemon pepper seasoning
- Cook pork chops 5 minutes on each side or until done
- Remove chops from pan
- Add vinegar & marmalade to pan and whisk until combined
- Return pork chops to pan & cook 2 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through & well coated.
