1/2 T Butter
2T Brown Rice
2T Bulgur
2T Soy Sauce
2c Water
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
2T Quinoa
- Saute Rice & Bulgur in butter until lightly browned.
- Add soy sauce, water, & beef bouillon cubes.
- Boil until rice is tender.
- Add quinoa & boil another 5 minutes.
- Drain well.
