Lemon Lime Syrup

 8 limes

4 lemons

2 C sugar

1-2 C boiling water

 

  1. Zest fruit & toss zest with sugar
  2. Add juice and 1C boiling water
  3. Stir to dissolve adding more boiling water if necessary
  4. Strain into a jar

 To use:

  1. Add about ¼ c syrup to a glass with ice
  2. Fill glass with carbonated water
  3. Enjoy!
