3/4 butter, melted
1 pkg yellow cake mix
29 oz can pumpkin
1 c sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/2 t ground nutmeg
1/2 t ground ginger
3 eggs
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 c chopped nuts, your choice
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine butter & cake mix in a large bowl & refrigerate 10-15 minutes
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, & ginger.
- Add eggs to pumpkin mix & stir well.
- Slowly add evaporated milk & stir until well mixed.
- Pour into a greased 13x9 pan
- Crumble cake/butter mixture over entire pan
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
